Marepi prides in being situated within a modern, 5-storey building, which was built-for-purpose to accommodate, satisfy and facilitate the highest standards of senior living. Our building and facilities reflect both our aesthetic preferences and our belief that a  a long-term elderly care facility should be above all else a comfortable, safe, practical and ergonomic environment. We have thoroughly responded to all the trust and safety regulations pertaining our sector and we are meticulously supervised on a yearly and quarterly basis by municipal and national authorities, all testifying the exceptional levels of residential services we strive to provide.

The Marepi building is the result of three decades of experience on what constitutes the ideal assisted living community. Loyal to our commitment to continuous improvement, we undertook a major refurbishment of our rooms and common areas, in 2017. Our goal was to ameliorate our physical surroundings, so as to reflect our shift of focus from a hospital-like environment to a multi-purpose facility of holistic well-being. We wanted to create a joint elderly care offering, harmoniously combining the upscale residential comfort of a boutique hotel with the infrastructure we consider as vital to spotlessly deliver on our nursing and medical care promises. We wanted our rooms and living areas to embody our philosophy in Trust, Comfort & Quality, along with our core belief on personalised services, respecting each resident’s individuality within our seniors’ community. The result is an amicable, warm, elegant, embracing ambiance, undoubtedly improving our resident’s mood and psychological well-being.

For that purpose, you will notice that all our rooms are bright with plenty of natural sunlight, having access to spacious verandas, with flowers, where residents can socialise during warm weather. Accordingly, to create a pleasant, uplifting atmosphere in our indoors common areas and corridors, we installed large panels resembling luminous, natural outdoor spaces. Moreover, each room has different features, colours and style to give a feeling of individuality and uniqueness.
